We couldn’t help but get caught up in the enthusiasm that start-up company Travel Safe had for their new four-in-one personal protection device - “CAVIUS”. Because the product was completely new to the market, WAVE initiated research with a series of focus groups. These provided valuable feedback for both the product development and the communication strategy. WAVE created an extensive launch strategy to support the new identity and packaging, including: print material, advertising, point of sale, and a user guide that would easily fold up and tuck into a wallet. Posters, banners and a variety of brochures were also designed for the product roll-out in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
