TrustPower - Powerful Relationships
The Powerful Relationships theme represents TrustPowers long term commitment to developing genuine and respectful relationships that deliver powerful on-going results.
TrustPower have always been a leader in customer service and they know intimately how effective relationships can help them succeed. This years Annual Report celebrates the strength and quality of the relationships that underpin all aspects of TrustPowers business, including: customers, communities, staff, stakeholders and the environment.
Throughout the document the various aspects of the business were identified by the use of colour coded icons. Speech bubbles contain short stories and case studies that demonstrate the true nature of the powerful relationships told first hand by those involved. A detailed brief of the concept was presented to the various writers of different sections of the report so all copy was written in a way that built on and supported the theme.
Large format commissioned photography gives a very natural and human feel to the stories and the colour pallet of greens and earthy neutrals create a fresh and down to earth document that is positive and looking ahead to a healthy future.
